Success in feeding 30+ employees! Aimee and her team were great to work with and provided us with 8 varieties of tasty sandwiches.After negative experiences at other establishments, a colleague suggested using the Anoka Erbert & Gerbert's instead. I reached out to Aimee via email about ordering a few Colossus boxes and quickly received a reply and an invoice (VERY helpful for payment processing). My order was ready a few minutes early and they even carried the sandwiches to my vehicle for me. I would absolutely recommend this Erbert & Gerbert's location. The quality food you expect, plus quality customer service. Thank you for making my life less stressful!

Love the story of the history of Erbert and Gerbert's and the origins of the unusual sandwich names! Had the Goliath Cheesesteak and was treated to an immense amount of juicy, tender steak and gooey cheese! My partner's Flash had plenty of Italian deli meats too. The do an very original thing with hollowing out a strip of the fresh, delicious bread and placing the strip with your purchase. Which is an excellent idea when you purchase soup or can use it to mop up the sandwich juices! Oh by the way, the Chicken Wild Rice Soup is pretty damn good. Not as good as mine but, waaaay better than I've had in awhile. Well done and we'll definitely be back soon!
